  Waited 15 minutes to get through the gate. Waited 15 minutes for a lady to show up at the counter. Waited 15 minutes for the package to be found because "everything is just thrown in a pile." seriously FedEx I don't understand how you're still in business. Other companies offer more affordable prices for both personal and business and the other companies are infinitely more organized and approachable. The driver also did not buzz my unit which was clearly labelled 3 days in a row, he only left the slip.
